What changes would you make to the offense

I bet Fisch still wants to make a bowl and may have some sort of deal with Rogers so Rogers will likely still start. But that's not to say Demond won't play more. Maybe Demond will play every 3rd series. I imagine Rogers has NFL aspirations and is desperate to redeem himself after the Indiana game.

he might be good but he’s not great. He doesn’t get “it” like the fat fuck dutchmen or even the Hoosier coach. He has enough talent to be better than this so for that FUCK HIM and not the kids… for once.
it’s going to take him tim which is great for him because he picked the right school that doesn’t give a fuck.
For us, inpatient pricks, the off season and the opportunity for the off-season natty couldn’t come quick enough.
The only thing that makes this season ok is if whoregon goes to the championship and loses. -
I get this but I’m back in fuck the kids mode. This is no longer college athletics. This is a multibillion dollars industry that just happens to involve schools. Fish will do the right thing, because he’s a bitch and then the negative recruiting that would come from it, but sitting Roger’s ass and playing Desmond the rest of the way is what the business dictates.

My theory is that the offense is lacking leadership. Coaches fault? Players fault? Both? Probably both. I'm not convinced that this team is devoid of talent on offense, but I don't see anyone with the guts and drive to take over a game. Denzel Boston pulled himself out after a catch on a crucial drive when his team was behind. Will Rogers continues to NOT throw a fit when he's pulled mid drive for a freshman QB. The OL appears to have no anger about being bullied around and letting their QB get hit.
The offense needs a leader to step up, and Fisch needs to stop coaching for next year. We have the talent to win more now, but he's too focused on rotating OL and developing freshman to care.

Every college player has NFL aspirations. Rogers may get lucky and be a practice squad guy for a few years, but if he thinks he's gonna make it in the NFL with that noodle arm and slow-processor of a brain, he's even dumber than I think.
-
True. The best comp I can think of is Jake Browning but with less mobility and competitive fire.
-
Yeah, as sad as it is to say, Browning was a notch above Rogers in pretty much every way.

I think this would work for a game or two, simply do to the lack of film available to help the opponent scheme. But long term, these things don't work. But with only a handful of games left, fuck it.

When times are good it's not as entertaining over there.
