5 days until Coach Sark Day! Got my barbecue all lined up. I'm expecting to mess up one or two easy cuts of meat to cook while nailing some surprises.

Overall, it will be a mediocre meal that shows incremental progress from my Coach Sark Day barbecue last year.

Fuck up the burgers, but deliver on the brisket.

Maybe have some ribs going, then just before they are done, over sauce them, and then drop them into the fire?

She was having trust issues anyways. Hard to cook a good meal when trust issues are involved.

Make sure 1 steak is pretty tasty (but mostly because it started a high school JV caliber QB) so we can all rush the BBQ!
