5 days until Coach Sark Day! Got my barbecue all lined up. I'm expecting to mess up one or two easy cuts of meat to cook while nailing some surprises.
Overall, it will be a mediocre meal that shows incremental progress from my Coach Sark Day barbecue last year.

Maybe have some ribs going, then just before they are done, over sauce them, and then drop them into the fire?
If all else fails, I have crisp Cobb salad and cold chardonnay on standby.
