Well played by the D lineman. He knew he was beaten. Bandes was driving him back with his hands up high on the chest. Lineman yanked his head back and held it there to draw the hands to face penalty even though it never happened.

I noticed that during the game as well. Just shrugged my shoulders. Even when UW isn’t technically earning personal fouls they’re still gifted them by the Big18. What’re ya gonna do? They’ve got a well deserved reputation now.

Yeah frustrating especially since Rutgers also had a hands to the face penalty that just looked like one but wasn't one but I kind of understand how those happen.
