I got Peterman trying to be too smart with plays shit again - seeing routes where guys ended up right next to each other and plays where it's all set up for one route or the play is dead (see the 3rd down to Boston). Never just snapping the ball and throwing quick outs and slants and stuff that everyone else kills you with.
Speaking of that 3rd and goal to Boston, I also hated how much they're throwing in front of the sticks on shit and reminds me of Petersen. Especially when your only success was coming on throwing downfield and over the top and you're playing a team that's freebasing grease and just jumping on everything in front of them. Hated it also frequently felt like they were trying to like set up field goals and punts and shit instead of firsts. Not sure if that's all Fisch but also possibly Rogers' tendencies.

Thanks Taft!
Only 3? Uh, yeah.
Here's the most alarming stat. 4 field goals and 1 touchdown. Did Peterman have play calling duties during the game?
Should have gone for it on at least 2 of the drives that ended up as field goals.
How does dumbfuck play calls show up on the stat sheet?
Can we text in results play-by-play?

The throwing short of the sticks was glaring to me - totally agree.
I'm already starting to think they should've hired Grubb.
