Putting criminals in jail works? Who knew?

I used to travel there quite a bit. it was lawless. A friend had to sell his vacation home he had there for decades because he could no longer afford the armed security guard 24-7. I had to travel with a chauffeur for protection who had been an assassin but found God and was now a feared security guard due to past reputation. It is wonderful to see the improvements.
