It was always an accident of history (and geography) that Coug or Boov got to run with the Big Dawgs. I mean what makes Coug more deserving of CF riches than say, Wyoming, Colorado State, New Mexico, etc. ? Money, location, tradition!!
Granted in the interest of fairness, I want to see @SECDAWG demoted as well. In this day and age, Power Conferences should only have big time programs.

I've never mentioned this here nor some of my coug friends, but Colorado State has a relatively brand new stadium and a commitment to football that dwarfs the cougs, and they don't even have the location disadvantage and the Big 12 still didn't even consider them.

I definitely don’t have $25k to blow, but if I did, I’d rather buy a machine gun than spend a couple hours with Bellichick. I like the idea tho. I’m sure there are plenty of non-poors who will bite.
