the lines on both sides have a long way to go but if they can keep progressing each week, we? might be onto something. The rest of the team looked serviceable.
I stand by my 10 wins or GTFO. -
8 wins max. QB and OL will ultimately hold us back this year but we are watchable.

I didn’t see a better B1G QB than our? guys yesterday. Granted, I only saw a few of the games, but still.
Gabriel had crazy stats, but he didn’t do anything really impressive.

I knew I would hate Rogers for not being Penix I just had no idea it would be so strong and so soon
Dumb sacks. Dumb qb
-
He’a likely a better checkdown champ than Nix. That’s impressive.
-
we’ll get run on though

yeah probably. I do think that as the season goes on, Belichick won’t be rotating players to the degree we saw last night. I think that was part of the deal. There was no continuity in who was playing up front.
If anything, I thought our vaunted linebacking corps played like shit.

This offense has a high ceiling. Mohammed will be the #2 back in a couple weeks, he and Coleman are the perfect types to compensate for a developing OL. Coleman is the best and toughest UW RB since Dillon.
This backfield will be punishing opponents and Rogers is efficient enough to make defenses pay, esp. with a guy like Boston around.
I'm concerned that a lot of screen plays are going to Giles. I don't believe he will be a difference maker against the tougher opponents.
I'm really happy to have a backfield this good.

I saw actual physically talented players flashing and driving guys backward on contact. That is a sight for sore eyes.
The hitting and defensive pursuit, especially from the DL was improved.
The scheme was fun.
They just need to settle in some more and get off the field. Weber was prolonging drives like a mf.

Reminded me a lot of Jake Browning. Just seemed kind of slow. decent in short-range passes but errant in stuff longer than 15 yards. Had a couple 3rd down passes where it seemed like he threw the ball away without actually throwing it away. And the sacks he took were very Browningesque
