Wisconsin is in year two with Longo. His offense is somewhere between the run and shoot and the air raid. Those styles don’t scare me, they’ll be better but not scary. Indiana under Cignetti and Sparty with Smith will improve a ton but not enough to count them as dynamic this year. Maryland has flashes of brilliance but lay an egg as often as they score 35.
Minnesota, Iowa, Pedo, Rutgers will all most likely have winning records despite their offenses. Purdue and Illinois are awful to watch and UCLA is coordinated by a guy who’s only had great success as a coach when Andy Ried held his hand. I might be wrong but I don’t think he was well received with Washington as a play caller last year. They’ll struggle. UWs offense may be top 5 in the B1G by default.
The schedule isn't exactly filled with offensive juggernauts, which could be a plus about joining the Big 10. Ohio State is the only one who seems proven dangerous, and they're thankfully not on the schedule. Oregon's should be good. They're most likely going to continue that dink and dunk offense they had with Nix with Gabriel and they have some good pieces. USC should be fine. They obviously don't have Williams anymore and I don't know what playmakers are on their offense.

Thanks Taft!
"There are a couple of dynamic offenses in the Big Ten"
Oh please do be sharing. Ohio State probably is. Oregon is. Michigan was effective but not really dynamic.
That's the list.

When it comes to boasting nobody beats Oregon

Nobody.
”Dynamic” in the Big 10 means they both run and pass the ball.
