Seems like an injunction could be sought to prevent her immediate nomination and have this sent this to the convention. The DNC process is controlled by a few super delegates(electoral oligarchs) and it’s plainly obvious that we don’t want to set this precedent within either party.
It’s likely a formality but it should be pursued on behalf of the electorate.
