Some discussion if this is actually the same woman but regardless, her actions are highly suspicious for someone in the middle of gun fire. There are far too many coincidences and I will never believe the SS and law enforcement is this incompetent.

Yep. One of about 50 oddities that when analyzed in the context of time and location cannot all be coincidence.
Should be easy enough to find out of that is her and if it is, get her under oath in front of a House committed next week under a subpoena and have her arrested and put in jail if Mayorkis doesn’t allow her to testify.
Seems unbelievable that it would be her at the rally so Occam’s Razor says it isn’t and until any proof that’s where I’m at with this one part of the story.

It's about identifying willing persons in a population that are susceptible to manipulation and suggestion with a little old fashioned coordination to get people to look the other way when needed.
