Having worked in large organizations for years, the thought that they were adverse to hiring and promoting women and blacks is ludicrous. They all were very open about actively trying to attract and promote women and blacks. Look at Harvard and their diversity hire of Fauxcahontas in 1995 which is only about 30 years ago. The problem is that even with a hand on the scale that organizations were not making quota. So, then it was the Secret Service hiring Cheeto-One and approving her goal of a 30% woman force by 2030. This is in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the 14th Amendment.

In 1995, Warren left Penn to become Leo Gottlieb Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. In 1996, she became the highest-paid professor at Harvard University who was not an administrator, with a $181,300 salary and total compensation of $291,876, including moving expenses and an allowance in lieu of benefits contributions. As of 2011, she was Harvard's only tenured law professor who had attended law school at an American public university.
I had two hiring managers while working in the Pharma world ask me if I had any black people to suggest for positions since they knew I played college sports and got bonuses for what we then called Quota hires even in the company.

Just don't call the head of the Secret Service, Cheeto-One, a DEI hire. Just bad form and a sign of low character.
You'd think she'd be front and center defending her agents
Guess she can't
Race, don't you dare blame a woman! Holding a woman accountable is the ultimate expression of systemic white male institutional racism.
What's clown show for 500.00 Alex.
Westlinn is still trying to figure out his place within Westlinn's Law. It's going to be touch and go here for a bit.
You guys keep making a thing about the DEI incompetence.
The incompetence is an EXCUSE.
She was perfectly competent for what she was hired to do.
DEI is a way to get idealogical captured individuals into hierarchies. It's working as it's supposed to.
And you can’t promote DEI and then complain when people talk about diversity hires. It's literally in the name
It's not about competence. I don't see a C
And equity isn't equality of opportunity
The left wants it both ways. Imagine that
