Her biggest failure was not being able to vet out hiring Jimmy. I get that the public sentiment was overwhelmingly popular for the hire, me included, but if you're that close to the situation, you have to be able to ID that he wasn't going to work, including the thing with Quinten Pounds in 2019. Instead, she just went with what Petersen said to do. USC being in a worse place than UW right now even after the epically terribly timing of DeBoer leaving is hilarious.
DeBoer pulling in a #1 class at Bama doesn't excuse where his UW class was ranked in December at 24-2 with where Fisch is at in July (0-0, some of these kids were never interested in Arizona). With Dylan Robinson it's getting to be splitting hairs comparing it to Penn St and it will continue to improve in our favor by the end of the cycle.
Saban and fresh off of their championships is still a big deal. DeBoer would have to have a couple of mediocre years to start eroding that. That or Saban just permanently checks out of the program.
The lack of even looking at interviewing other coaches should’ve been a fireable offense. But I think at this point we all know Jen is kinda lazy and hiring Jimmy was the path of least resistance.
I meant to also add any decent AD should have been able to avoid hiring Jimmy after a conversation about who he could hire as OC and what his offensive philosophy was. Oh, and when he was fired for cause, not wasting $10 million on his buyout.
I have never seen that guy go beyond level 1 in a discussion about anything. He vomits something out of his vag, someone disagrees, and he immediately goes to deflection. I've never seen him back up or substantiate any point of view he's ever had about anything. My travels had made me forget what a thorough douche canoe that guy happens to be. I remember now.

Wrong thread fucko.
Anyways the best part about Jen being USC's problem now is that she's going to be impossible to fire.
It was the same hiring process that led to her promotion to AD!
They can always kick her upstairs and make her university president
Her football coach lost to Montana at home. Fireable offense for both of them.
Or "don't argue with the Lord of the Manor."

Jesus Christ his question to Jonathan Smith just now was so fucking retarded that it's not even worth repeating.
And you can tell which media members are from the Midwest because none of them can pronounce 'Oregon' to save their life.
