Absolute immunity

If only there were some other means by which to remove a president. Maybe we should give that power to Congress
-
Being assassinated by the military is illegal though and such assassins are not given immunity. The point is that the president has been given absolute immunity — if he can prove it is "official."
-
A minute ago the left wanted Trump in jail or dead, now they just want him dead.
🤔
-
They always did.
-
Right back at ya. You're a good dude as well. America and Big Ern have had a rough few days. You know how I do sometimes. I need FOOTBALL.
-
Says the voter of the guy who actually, factually, desperately tried to hold on to power.

The ruling is quite clear it needs to be an official duty under the Constitution. Offing American traitors in Afghanistan who have taken up arms against American soldiers is an official duty of the Commander in Chief. Offing your political opponent who isn't engaged in an insurrection isn't an official duty of the Commander-in-Chief. Like I said, federal judges of absolute immunity and they don't get to execute American citizens because that's not in their official duties. If they mistakenly sentence someone to death, they can't be sued. Just like barry and Holder can't be sued for Fast and Furious which did have plausible deniability.

FWIW,
"I believe, " Absolute immunity doesn't provide protection when fraud was perpetrated.
Meaning if a person became President fraudulently they are not protected from prosecution
Fraud vitiates everything.
We better check with @HHusky to be sure though.

When you find a president like that, let us know.
-
What would you like us to do when you repeatedly ignore the (copious and growing amount of) evidence? Please advise.

JFK. Illinois. Hope that helps.
-
So you agree?.... good!

Looking into election fraud is certainly a duty. There is mountains of evidence but the courts refuse to hear it. Everyone lacks standing. Sems to me every voter should have standing.
-
I believe there were glaring problems with the 2020 election. Read the “Proof” thread here for examples.. Did Trump linger in the White House after 12pm on 01/20/2021? I recall he left prior to it.
You’re not going to get away with just making things up here.
-
No, he rightfully tried to fight a stolestolen election because mentally ill people like you can't compete.
-
The meltdown of the left online is delicious! Watching these commie cocksuckers cry brings me joy! When Trump wins they will loose the illegals along with ANTIFA etc. But it will mean there won't be very many of them in the future!

Good

Rapidly Reaching? That was 4 to 8 years ago.
-
It's spelled "lose." L O S E.
-
How is Trump a threat to democracy when you know that biden and BO cheated during an election? They bugged a presidential campaign office and lied about Russian collusion so rats could over turn an election based upon lies?
Seriously, who is the real threat? There is clear evidence yet no one goes to prison.
-
I don't know. I'm not here making rational arguments (no point with you). I just pointed out hypotheticals.
-
The lockdowns and mask and vaxx mandates certainly weren't authoritarian at all. Especially blaming Trump for the blue state and city lockdowns and mask and vaxx mandates. Scratch a leftist, find a fascist and leftards lie and love to be lied to. Or alternately they are dumber than a bag of hammers or both.
-
You aren't capable of rational thought. Let alone rational discourse. Central education. Hth.

I don't know.... "loose" works in the context that the left will turn "loose" the illegals and Antifa to wreak havock on the streets but Trump will enforce law and order and jail or deport the lot of them. Unlike the lawless admin and DOJ now. Just using one word to say all that is fun!
Not exactly sure what context he intended but getting snippy about spelling is a sign you couldn't grasp the larger context that ultimately brings you back your understanding that the left will "Lose" their standing army of criminals.
