I believe in that particular instance he was quoting some state senator from the south during a confirmation hearing, but Joe’s other well-documented racist quotes leads me to believe he really enjoyed the opportunity this particular circumstance allowed for him to drop the hard R on the senate floor.
I mean he seems REAL comfortable using the word himself….
