There will be some impact, but at the end of the day the US has the upper hand against Saudi Arabia.
Petro market isn't even a major share of US dollar foreign reserve settlements. Is it a good thing? No, but it ain't even close to the end.
On the other hand, the dems are working to end US oil and gas production which will devastate the US economy and plow hundreds of billions of dollars off to Saudi Arabia, Russian and other non-suicidal oil producers. The dems economic solution is to print dollars and no one will want to hold on to a devalues currency. How that will leave us with the upper hand with Saudi Arabia is unclear to me. Unless we just nuke Mecca and take over their oil and gas industry which seems stupid since we are trying to end US oil production.
It's not intended to leave us with the upper hand, they are systematically trying to destroy our economic power and hand it all over to the globalist agenda and a one world governing body.
