I really don't know how to gauge this game. I'm interested in UW in the Big 10 because it has seemed for a long time that teams built around bigger RBs and stiff QBs have never done much against UW the past 10 years+. It's the west coast style offenses with little pesky backs and QBs that kill them.
Franklin gets a lot of shit, but Penn State puts more than five guys into the draft every year, usually with some elite guys and damn near hit 10 the past couple years. It's hard to think they might not be talented enough to just steam roll UW.

PSU always has talent. It never seems to be good enough to win at a top 5 level in college but always enough for 6-15. But those players become high end draft picks.
Of course the QBs always suck. That’s their biggest issue.We could have a whole separate thread about which program you’d rather be: PSU with a ceiling of #5 but a floor of 15, or UW with two final 4 appearances and a legit natty team, but also a floor of 4-8.
