The magnificent Rio Grande Valley, wow. Throw it down. The great Sonoran Desert, Anza Borrego, the mighty Joshua tree, the transcendent Saguaro, wow, throw it down one more time for the Sedona sunrise and twilight.

It did not. It was an abbreviation, Txs, a poor one but I never thought it meant "Texas citizens". Texas law enforcement yep. But since citizen arrests are quite real I imagine Texans certainly could do that since it is a crime.

Overall point: it's real slippery slope that hearkens back to some dark times in this cuntry, private citizens and local/state law enforcement included. SB4 got blocked immediately by the 5th Circuit. Why?
