My uncle fought in WWII in Africa and Italy. My dad was too young. He went to enlist for Korea and his knee was swollen from a football injury and they refused him. Before it healed he got hired as a cop.
Drove up the Beartooth Highway south of Red Lodge to Vista Point. It’s one of the most spectacular drives in this country with all the switchbacks.
All the small towns on the way has individual crosses and flags with their KIA and deceased veterans’ names on them. Dozens of Harleys on the road, too, doing a poker run.
I briefly envisioned this scene in Portland and how many Leftist shitheads would have been vandalizing it all.
Meanwhile, in Sacramento, this happened. Fucking Leftists ruin everything.
