WSU could have rehabilitated his image similar to what Leach did, but they just had to make a point of promoting the assistant that did what he was told.
Is Mud dog's new coach going to have the same success as he did there? It's almost set in stone that Napier is inferior to him.
It's really weird that he doesn't have a job somewhere. He was never a star fucker recruiter but he did have an eye for talent. Probably a good coach for the portal era IMHO.
