It's not stupidly, maybe ignorant, but he's being completely disingenuous. Just like when he stated that "Dominion successfully sued" but it never went to trial and was settled out of court. You have to get a verdict and judgement to "successfully sue" but he knows that.
Dominion definitely extorted FOX and if FOX wasn't paid opposition they would have fought and exposed the entire scam but we all know that couldn't be allowed to come out in open court and the Murdochs are team players..the goal was to shut TC up.
His deceptive claim was patently false and Pawz called him on it but he just ignores anything he doesn't like and tried to take a victory lap on @pawz like he won something. That's his entire game.. bait you in with insults and deception and then ignore any facts and claim victory when you get tired of wasting time on his BS... everytime!

It should be @$300 now if it wasn't manipulated so badly and followed a normal trajectory.
Some speculation says it could be 1to1 with gold because of it's demand in industrial applications.
The DOD is on of the biggest level users of silver in electronic circuitry. You can see who benefits by its beening held down.
