This did remind me that Jimmy and his two fucking DB coaches should have been able to close Benjamin Morrison and Denzel Burke who really would have helped out last year and couldn't.

If I remember correctly Lake also stopped recruiting when he got promoted to co-DC? The defense also got worse when he became co-DC. There's your sign.
