100% ROI with a recommendation -
I love holding equities like Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, Costco, etc. long term. But if people can't see we are in an economic inflation melt up, I can't help you. When a guy like Warren Buffett still has a record amount of his net worth held in cash, it should be the canary in the coalmine. The stock market is fucking awesome until it isn't. I've pulled out all of my shorter term equity positions. When this thing crashes it will crash hard. I'm still holding my long term blue chips, and that won't change. But my small and mid caps, are sold, and I'll wait and buy them again in a year or two. I'm sure I'm going to miss out on another 10-15% of upside, but I don't give a fuck. In this environment I'm more interested in equity preservation than equity growth. I'm also buying some, but not a huge amount of precious metals. I also don't buy the stocks or certificates. I pay the premium and buy the actual shit I can hold in my hands. Real Estate and precious metals do better than most equities at these times, because real estate and precious metals are not as easily sold. And don't get me started on crypto. That shit will crash before the equities do.
