We’ll see what the screenshot says.

But yes, you are wrong. The Fed is not the number influence on mortgage rates, it’s the ten year t bill, which is the risk free rate of return. Same as in any pricing analysis in finance. Guessing you haven’t ever done a Black Scholes model or anything like that. Google that one.

I'm sure Cucky has a pair of black soles on a pair of his purple furry platform boots for modeling.

Spaz is furiously Googling for anything supporting that the Fed “determines” mortgage rates.

Can guarantee if the other shoe drops and the market tanks he will blame Trump. Doesn't even matter if it happens before January 20th.

They've pumped this economy as much as they can to help Joe and the Ho to the tune of many billions. Stack in all the illegal imported voters, billions of that from Medicare etc. to those costs and the economy has to dump. It has to. They also did it to hurt Trump.

More than anything they’ve lied to people about its real state. College educated people like Buck slurped it right up as usual. Whatever the media is telling you is true, bet the opposite.

Nvidia has some run left in it. The earnings report is out on Wednesday and while it will surpass it won't cause the stock to rise overnight. It's down today and maybe will be down slightly for the next week or two. However, AI is real and right now Nvidia has a software advantage. Everyone wants to partner with them and if companies want to implement AI, it's easier to do so with their software, CUDA. I hear the comparisons to Intel but that's just the hardware. I have yet to hear about any other major AI compute specialists which also have the software (building blocks and APIs) required to build the platforms to run the applications. They're coming and companies like AMD admit as much. Don't look to failures like SuperMicro as examples of AI demand not strong. They were always a fraud and had nothing to do with AI. They were and always have been the cheep China whiteboxes of the server industry.
