Your friend OldMercer here, I hope you are enjoying sunny Southern California. Are you getting weird Lorenzo Romar vibes from Lincoln Reilly lately?
- Wasting all world talent and then the answer to wasting this round of talent is to recruit more all world talent to then waste
- Doesn’t teach Defense
- Doesn’t have key segments of practice that every other team runs
- The media talk about running drills a lot with regards to practice
- Overly loyal to assistants who aren’t carrying their own weight
I hope things work out as making a move looks like a budget buster.

I'm a fan of Jen's work at USC.
She's being her best Jen by turning them into a slightly better version of UCLA.
I like to call her Jen Hedges, partially because of the apt comparison of ability, but also because she probably has her muff manicured to perfection and ready for the Georgia Bulldogs to play in.
She will protect her athletes like mama bear from so-called fans. That’s all that matters.
