He's absolutely right. Departments in Kalifornia are now allowed to hire illegals as police officers and the DOJ has removed illegals being able to have firearms so they can be cops. But they can't take them home or carry while off duty.

I have a hard time feeling bad for members of a police force who enforced the completely unnecessary and made-up Covid lockdown rules and vaccine passport nonsense.
They chose to be police officers in a Leftist Sanctuary City which means they already ignore federal law. Both parties are the real “losers” in this instance. Unskilled criminals welcomed by Democrats are going to act like criminals, and releasing them without bail encourages more of these attacks.
The vehicle code should simply be titled "Probable Cause". Stopping police from using it will greatly reduce the number crooks apprehended.
