How are those 401ks?

Inflation like the border is under control. Leftards lie and love to be lied to. The future is cheap green renewable energy that is not cheap, not green and not reliable. Maybe Buck can explain how the dem green energy policy is good for his 401(k) and Sugar Bowl ticket prices.

Russia probably wouldn't had invaded if we hadn't pushed NATO that far east. Many people have warned about this. The whole "You love Russia" stuff is a weak, disingenuous argument. It's for unserious types who fly the Ukraine flag and swallow whatever the current thing is. In other words, dufuses.
Me a tough guy? Sure 😂
Maybe compared to some of the basement dwellers on here
-
Yes, because in another three years, they'd be clear to Lisbon.
Of course, it took them two years just to get 30 miles of territory.
-
Inflation back up for January but don't call it a speculative bubble.

It's amazing what remote working has done to Portland's commercial real estate business. Guy who almost certainly voted for the dementia patient and hates Trump thinks he bought in at the bottom of Portland's commercial real estate collapse and then finds out that he fucked around. Now if he pistol whipped one of his shoplifters, that would definitely get some police attention.

Who needs niche’ handcrafted products when you can just order crap made in China and have some Amazon slave deliver it?
-
Probably not Tug conservatives. Mello and his husband? Probably big into "niche".
-
lol what?
Yeah man, fuck e-commerce!!! Definitely a terrible industry for our country!!
-
Wrong account, @HuskyBuck.
-
Not leftist, but thanks for outing yourself as anti-capitalist and anti-technology, Chris.
Probably low/unskilled like thechatch is who cries on this sub daily.
-
Westlinn, since Race dodged the question, is remote work not the number 1 factor for Office Vacancies? Yes or no?
-
See there we go haie! We finally found common ground! TheClapp is an idiot! It's a start! This country can start healing now.
-
Yes. But you are ignoring your dem policies on crime and homelessness. I didn't ignore remote working because I'm not a dem hack like you. I and millions of others avoid downtown in blue cities because of the filth, the graffiti and the crime. When commercial real estate prices are collapsing by more than 85% in some areas, it's a lot more than remote work.
-
I didnt ignore anything. Race made the statement pointing to remote work as the number one reason for commercial real estate collapse as lazy. How is that lazy when it doesn't matter if its a "blue" state or "red" state, this fact affects cities in both states.
Yes businesses leaving San Fran to go to Texas and Florida will hurt San Fran, but its still a secondary reason to the remote work option. (Those businesses also left because now they can hire talent from all over the country because of remote work).

Man this new quote thing is a mess. Anyway, you avoid downtown in Blue Cities? I go in 3 days a week. Why? Because im not weak sauce scared of his own shadow thats why! No wonder why Oregon got their a$$ beat down 3 times in a row to the Dawgs. You're soft batch, bro!
-
If I have to go downtown I do. If I have a choice, I'll avoid the tents, the graffiti, the filth and the crime. They have plenty of nice restaurants in the southwest Portland suburbs and I'm not going to have my car broken into or stolen. That isn't weak sauce, it's a common sense choice. A choice that millions of Americans are making. Keep sucking on the dementia patient's dick and pre-buy next year's Sugar Bowl tickets.
-
Weak sauce! This is exactly why they put you against Liberty!
-
Was reading that the vast majority of tech layoffs aren't taking unemployment because of the generous severance packages. Roughly quarter of a mil.
Hope you are long on all your positions Buck.
-
Liberty doesn't mean conceding public and private space to criminals. Once again, if you pull the pin, don't sit on the grenade.
-
Democrats caused work from home with lockdowns and mandates
Another own goal
-
Well they are pretty nice from what I hear. I have years of service but not like some of those long timers.
-
Republicans including Abbot and Desantis also went through a bout of shutdowns. Trump's White House endorsed those shutdowns while they were happening as well. How soon we forget.
-
Open by Easter
Yeah you forgot
-
How soon we forget that Trump wanted to open up by Easter. How soon we forget that the dems promised that it would just be a short term shutdown until we bent the curve. How soon we forget it was the dems that used science to determine that you could buy a toaster at Target but not a toaster at Bed, Bath and Beyond or that exercising at your athletic club was non-essential. How soon we forget that paddle boarding by yourself would get you arrested. How soon we forget that the dems made us wear masks and have vaxx passports which proved to be totally ineffective. Or that social distancing was paramount and no church services or funeral attendance was allowed by mass rioting was permitted. You leftards own all of the covid BS including the public school lockdowns while dem politicians sent their kids to open private schools.
I had no part in this. The dazzler, mello and buck were all in on child abuse.
-
He wanted it open by Easter but he totally disagreed with Kemp's decision to open Georgia early? Hurry up, scramble your next excuses. This article was written on 4/22/20? Was Easter in May in 2020?
Hello? Race?
-
Democrats wanted lockdowns for years. They ran against Trump for wanting to open. Go fuck yourself
-
You did prove it was up to the states and democrat states stayed locked down
Idiot
-
So what happened to Trump wanted it open by Easter? You didnt lie to me again, did you??? How many times have you ran your mouth over something and have to immediately backtrack after I prove you wrong? Its like every discussion bro.
Gee, maybe thats why the nation didn't get the covid response right? Mixed messages at the top?
-
We went over this at the time. Look it up dumbass
Open by Easter
-
I just gave you solid proof that he didnt want it open by Easter. But,again, when you live in fantasy land, you reach conclusions first then find any facts later to back up your argument instead of the other way around.
