Yup, when all else fails run away from the conversation lol. I knew you’d wuss out and not answer.

Are the commercial real estate values down more than 85%? No business is moving to Portland or San Fran. Businesses are moving to Texas and Florida. You seem to like sitting on your own grenade.
-
Yeah but he's kicking ass

Yeah but they’re not exactly filling it up in Austin or Houston now are they? The West coast cities overbuilt from their successes from 2010 and 2020 when the growth in those areas were out of control. The other cities in Texas and Florida lagged during that time period. Remote work triggered the move out and now there’s more office space in those areas than they need.
Of course Oregon Duck dipshits struggle with cause and effect, but at least you didnt run away and took your whoopin like a man.

That ain't no grenade he sits on…

meanwhile big local commercial RE firms like Marcus Millichap had decent years.
You can’t just be able to earn when times are fat.

It’s not all because of remote work, dummy.
-
Commercial real estate is tanking because of crime and high interest rates due to the inflation that the left said we needed to save grandma.
-
San Francisco can’t fill its office space because of remote work!!!
😂 -
The best, most desirable thing about San Francisco is staying inside your apartment all day long, sustaining yourself with Cheerios and Door Dash. Nobody ever walked or spent time outside in San Francisco, except current remote workers.
Tourism and hospitality industries never mattered in San Fran.
Nothing existed in SF before Twitter.
