I'm not about to rake Curtis Williams over the coals to the make the point here, but he wasn't exactly a saint. I wouldn't lead a weird comment like that with Curtis Williams.
I also wouldn't say he gave his life for UW. I'm sure his family has a different take. Aside from being melodramatic, it's more accurate to say the game took away his life; he didn't give anything.
