One moment in time would have changed everything

Late 4th quarter of the Apple Cup, 4th and 4 from own 29-yard line, and DeBoer/Grubb go for it and get it. If that fails, we likely lose the Apple Cup. Still would likely win the Pac-12 title, but Florida State would've been playoff-bound instead of UW.

This popped into my mind while reading the Petersen thread, and thinking of how he punted on 4th and 1 from th Oregon 40 yard line.

If DeBoer was always going to leave for Bama/Ohio State/Michigan then you want him gone as soon as possible. If he has to hang out around for another season or two with half assed recruiting, it's better to just rip the Band-Aid off now.

And I'm not sure Bama actually chooses him if he doesn't beat Texas.

If Fisch can somehow get Fifita and McMillan up here, we could right the ship pretty quickly and at least be very competitive by '25.

@DerekJohnson i liked fire eyes Stalin better. My name dirtysouwfdawg by the way.

I wanted something different while keeping the same recognizable theme. But the eyes thing made me look psychotic

Michigan would have been better for him

    Rabid but not insane

I'm sure Bama fans are well versed in the Cardiac Dawgs in 23

Rick had a similar season in 2000 then went 8-4 and 7-5 or something

I think Michigan fans would get satiated by this natty too for a little while. Bama hasn't won in a few years and the fans are greased up.

I will always say Rick not just getting hired away after the Rose Bowl is a moment that could have changed everything, especially since his hyped up recruiting class was awful ass other than Reggie.

Michigan would have been preferred since they play in Husky Stadium next season.
