I agree. But I can get on board if Fisch makes a purple visor his thing. Make it a meme and embrace it. Bring attention to the purple visor. Few years from now after multiple natties they'll be handing out purple visors at games. This is the way.

Petersen was good recruiter, but his cred, culture (the real kind), and a playoff appearance really drove it to the next level. I don't think he was necessarily a natural salesman like Sark and Fisch.
