Took over hands-down the worst Power 5 football program in the country with an FCS quality roster and shit facilities and had KU turned around by Year 2.
Leipold is 59. This is probably his last job. If he hires 2-3 big-time recruiters instead of taking the DeBoer route of bringing along guys he knows, we can be back to a Top 12 playoff contender by Year 3.
The guy is a helluva coach

Fisch is a Florida alum and the Gators very well may be in the market for a new coach before this time next year — not to mention Fisch may have his eyes set on the NFL -

Was hoping for a guy that would stop offensive exodus. Leipold is not it IMO.
