My guess is Deboer has always been #1, Norvell and Sark were second options and now that Deboer is locked in Norvell and Sark are locking in. Kiffin has been my sneaky hire thought for a while. Not sure I've seen the social media addicted Kiffin show his undying love for all things Rebel recently. It's been so quiet around him. Sexton clients Sark, Norvell, Lanning and DeBoer all get raises and perks and Sexton client Kiffin gets to work in an office underneath his mentor at a place and a fan base he's unafraid to work for.
