You just give this dude whatever he wants and figure out how to pay for it later. If a bad season is 8 wins and typical seasons are 9-10 wins and 2 out of 5 years he is in the playoff then the money to cover him will come. I think he is the Coach to perform to the above standard so just fucking pay him whatever it takes and figure the shit out later. No Coach since DJ is in this guys Zip Code.
