    DeBoer was fully convinced UW was going to win. I like that. None of this happy to be here bullshit.

    That's the most demonstrative he has ever been that I can remember postgame. Still even keeled but he was fuming.

    Next year will be interesting. Or it might not be interesting at all. Either way it should be interesting.

    I have seen a few Helfrich references but I think the main difference between the 2 is Helfrich was given a Ferrari and Deboer was given a beat up classic car that he had to restore. He had some things to work with like the O Line, Odunze, and McMillan but he also brought in Penix and Dillon Johnson. I think their demeanors are completely different as well.

    Did Deboer find his Marcus Mariota? Or was Penix a result of Deboer? More at 10!

    Haener threw for 4100/33/9 the only full season he had with deboer.

    He threw for for 2900/20/3 under Jeff Tedford the next season, who is very well known for prolific qb play (his one season here is the year browning went off)

    Point being that I find it very difficult to believe there's going to be a massive drop in qb play.
