HHB Remembrance

I wasn't there to deliver a pie to Jim Mora, but I remember when Todd Turner said that anyone with half a brain can criticize football administration. I wasn't holding the sign that said to fire Tyrone Willingham in the north side lower bowl 17 years ago, but I remember the idea that a picture of a brain divided by 2 was a perfect logo for the Husky Half Brain movement. I didn't come up with the name "4th Reich," but I remember when Bob Condotta apologized at the end of his Q/A that he let Sven slide a question through using that screenname. I carried the HHB torch on the Seattle Times blog for years. I received more "punch you in the face under the endzone bleachers" offer from Softy's goombas than I care to count (I stopped around 10). When he blocked me for espousing my criticisms rooted in HHB dogma, it got 400 likes in under an hour (I tracked it) because he announced it to everyone publicly.

But I am one of many HHB OG's on this site. Today is for us before it's for any of the people who swear they "always wanted Ty gone" or "always knew Sark would only get us to 7 wins a year." For Damone, Sven, and the rest who are no longer with us (RIP), this is also for you. Win or lose, we seem to have a President and AD who give a shit about football. The future is bright, yet that is an unsettling feeling for we who've been around 15+ years.

Blessings to DJ (ILTCHDJ) for keeping the movement alive. Happy to have been a part of it.

Betting the correct score (34 -17) pays out about 29,000 to 1.

I got +36000 on fanduel... for the illiterate non gambling types that is $10 to win $3,600... how could I not? It is the retarded team of destiny after all.

I was there delivering the cake and that might’ve been my brother and I holding the sign to fire Ty. I supported you for a while on the ST blog and was called your doppelgänger by those Doogs.

Some of us have goatse burned into our retinas…

If bama puts the final nail in our doog coffins, let’s all drink the purple koolaid together and be done with this

@DerekJohnson can we please set-up a koolaid drinking circle jerk at a neutral site? I’m about 81% sure it’s happening so making plans now will save on pre-booked travel costs.
