So i went back and watched the Tx ~ Bama game and my thoughts are the following:
bama expects to beat you by controlling the clock, relentlessly running the ball and eventually scoring, thereby stealing your life force as you realize that you can not compete.
Later in the season, it turns out that the QB can run and throw so figure 80 yards to the QB and 2-3 big plays ~ you are going to need to be able to outscore that to win.
The secret sauce is that neither team can throw the ball with precision, and neither team has a defense that knows where the ball is when it’s in the air and they have been outrun. Will be a revelation to observe.
TX can do most things well but will not play with precision… in fact both teams count on just wearing you out and convincing you that it is hopeless ~ you can not win. If you fail to believe that and move the ball against either and both of their defenses, they will fucking fold. Watch that happen and remember that I told you that that was going to happen. @SECDAWG
