May be. However D was wore out against UO late. Depth thing there. Held on and made the plays they needed to.

First, My fellow Dawgs, don’t overlook a lesser team in the Cougs like Auburn did this past weekend. Someone, somewhere, on some thread, asked me what happened to Auby. IMO, they overlooked a decent team toward the Iron Bowl and it cost em. No way NM St goes in to JH and wins 8 out of 10 games. Ain’t happening.

There’s no excuse for a team with better athlete to lose to a lesser team and hope that exact thing don’t bite WA this week. HAVE to take care of bidness and THEN, CCG.

I do believe there is something about other teams being gassed by the 4th qtr. They are literally running sprints through our defense for 3 qtrs

I haven't rewatched but I didn't feel like the D was actually worn out at the end against Oregon. I actually think they did a good job of making Oregon work harder for things than they were earlier. Second to last drive they had them off the field deep in their own territory but Lanning's late time out saved it. Then they weren't gashing the D and getting first downs on passes. They got down the field on the final drive to set up the missed field goal but they certainly weren't chunking plays and it's hard as fuck to get good offenses off the field in 3-4 downs now, even not gassed.

I actually feel like the only game I remember feeling where there were wore out was Arizona and the heat may have contributed.
