Only places I haven't travelled to for games (Football and Basketball) are Arizona and Stanford. After WSU, Boov fans easily displayed the most vitriol. Even those receiving handys under the Willamette River Bridge were were sully. Sully, then happy, but almost immediately back to sully. I feel its tempered over the years, but it's always been an underlying hatred.
Probably because of the time I grew up as a Husky fan, I’ve never been able to churn the kind of distaste for beav that comes so easily with cuog, duck and trooj. I usually always root for beav when not playing UW, and I can’t say that about any other conference team.
I remember in 99 we went down there in Neu’s first year and we had lost to BYU and Air Force and they kept calling us Mountain West Bitches.
I think we won 41-9 or something like that.
Would imagine that will come up this weekend
I was there. It was 45-2 at halftime and UW won 45-21. Erickson's first year. Tui ran option right, and as he was being tackled and falling to the ground he flipped the football behind him to Willie Hurst, who ran about 50 yards down the sideline for a TD. It was one of those... "Oh No!........ Yes!" moments

We were sitting in the end zone in the Husky section. ( below Don and Carol James) and at half time I wandered around and saw a buddy of mine and we were talking over around the 5 yard line by a bunch of Beav fans. He asked where we were sitting. I said back there, but I’ll be on the 50 in about 5 minutes. A couple beav fans heard me and turned like they wanted to dispute it, but then kind of shrugged and said, yea. That’s probably right.
I bought Beaver donor season tickets in 1991 and enjoyed plenty of elbow room watching our DAWGS clinch the Pac again
OSU sections were empty and DAWG fans spilled out of the endzones
I had tickets to that game but had the severe flu. I was laying on my living room floor staring at the ceiling in misery while listening to Bob Rondeau and Chuck Nelson on the call. We had 58 points and I wanted to break 60 but Coach James made sure we didn't.

This has been my flu week. Hopefully when the guys are against it Saturday and it looks bleak they will win one for the Ripper
