They should have used #5 to move up and get Stroud. He was a slam dunk and they had the draft ammo to do so. Now they don’t.
Some dude on Twitter today was crying that it would’ve been too much to make that move. Looking at the draft points chart, it would’ve cost them both 1st rounders and probably their 3rd rounder. Depending on how bad you want him and how greedy the team trading back is, it might also cost a pick this year but probably only a 2nd or 3rd.

That’s a small price to pay for a top QB.
I remember Baltimore destroying them in 2019 too. I know most of the personnel are different in four years. Maybe it's a bad match up though.
