Ruby Ridge was actually worse than that. Orders were that they could shoot any armed person on site even if they posed no threat at the time. That's how Mrs. Weaver got shot. Also the initial encounter with the 14 year old out hunting had the U.S. Marshalls SOG team illegally on the property as they had no warrant to be there. Many other government violations. Idaho did have a warrant in the system for Lon Hirouchi for years supposedly.
