Wow. As a Raiders' fan I've become numb to having penalties called on my? team. However, the yellow banners on the screen, yellow gloves and shoes give me PTSD nightmares. I really had no idea the Huskies have been penalized like that.

all right, looked it up myself... penalties/game Pac-12 has 7 teams in the 40 most penalized in the NCAA's.

One team in the least 40 (Cal at 39).
