One question, do the M's offer Teo a qualifying offer? He was paid $14 million this past season and a QO would likely be $20 million. Maybe they negotiate with him. If they let him walk, do they receive any comp pick or is it only if they offer a QO?
While I think they'll roll with Rojas and either Caballero or Moore as the RH bat at 2B (with Ryan Bliss in the wings), they absolutely must get more production out of 1B & DH. I hope they go after Bellinger as he is younger than Ohtani and plus above average 1B. I'm not sure what they'd do with France though they could have him be a utility guy as a back-up 1B / 3B / DH, primarily to give Bellinger a break.
Rhys Hopkins could be a good candidate too at 1B.
Another option is to trade France, Suarez, Hancock, and a lot of cash for a proven yet controllable 3B.
