Even CKD making $10M per year doesn't address the current the recruiting shortcomings, which will have to upgraded by a much stronger NIL program and/or staff changes for UW to win its share of games against the top tier of the Big Ten.

I think KDB will promote from within. Let’s not forget whose offense this really is. Shepard seems like a guy you want to stick around. When you get a reputation of promoting from within and subsequently getting OCs promoted to HC your talent pool of position coaches increases.
