2004 Nondisclosure Agreement. It’s not like these claims just arose recently.

I've been trying to actively search for what the evidence against him was. All I ever read was that two women said he did it. What evidence did they have to support their claim? I'm just curious. Not defending him if he actually raped them. I just want to know where the evidence is. Surely there was something?

I thought I read that one of the women actually went to the police at the time it happened. Not sure why it wouldn't have been pursued then.

Hindsight being 20/20, that guy would have been better off going to court back in the day.

Yep. This one where my Dad lives owns the sheriff's department, a couple judges and other county officials. Not sure they'll ever be held accountable for their abuses.
