I met and interviewed a guy who spent 17 years in Robin Island Prison for passing out literature about democracy to black South Africans. He was part of the end of apartheid.

But I get your general point. I'd just argue something like,

Yeah but most people go to jail for being shitheads and committing crimes, not "racial profiling" or other bs.
