I don’t get the Texas hype. They got their sh!t pushed in by Washington in the Bowl game and Penix was having an off day.
The big 12 is going to be bad this year. Venables is still patching up the pillaging Riley did on his way out the door (and venables may just be a helfrich Esque career assistant). Ok state has been solid but is going to be terrible. Same goes for Baylor. TCU lost a rob from last year. It’s basically Texas or TT to win it, as they both have the most returning.
On the heels of playing Alabama close, Sark is somehow "hot" again, despite losing to Washington in their backyard bowl game. 4th in conference for Texas is now all but assured now, and Sark's ass starts to cook. Cook it.

Will be interesting this year; if ewers struggles again, the calls for arch (who I think is light years behind ewers) will be loud. I do think ewers will have a better year (an AC sprain for a qb is basically the end of your season as far as being effective), but bijan and roschon were 75% of their offense.

"It's time that the University of Washington gets back to winning conference championships, national championships."

Well, now that I know that, watch out!
