Maybe I'm caught up in TBS news but I haven't considered the depth at edge an issue. Who's coaching them again?

There aren't any proven guys behind the starters. I'm not sure it's much of an issue this year though. I think Heims and (probably) Tunufi will be solid backups. Martin was a big loss but Smalls is easily replaceable. The real question is whether there are quality starters for 2024.

I do feel like Martin was underated most of his career

    Durfee is the top backup.

Yeah I was thinking about him too but forgot to include him. Also a solid backup who might actually be good.

Last year for sure even though people did start to notice. I thought he was the best player on the defense. He made sacksz disrupted plays but the big thing was how well he shut down the outside running to his side.
He was as responsible for the (usually) solid run D as anyone.

Depth isn’t great. A guy like Elijah Rushing would come in next year and start but kids don’t think like that and we? can’t have nice things.

Looking at the depth chart, I’m scared of depth with half the positions on the roster after this year.
