"Funny...my oldest kid is a teacher and football coach in So Cal...he's laughing his ass off at your BS characterization of todays kids. They don't care about messi, or any of the other futabol guys...they are wearing NFL jerseys of players, UCLA football and basketball stuff, Labron stuff.
Unless of course you are talking about the area's that are teaming with illegal alien kids...That's a different story altogether.
Todays kids of course some talk about soccer "during the world cup". The rest of the time it's football, Girls, football, basketball, baseball, track & field, and then waaaay down in the pecking order...is soccer.
