I would say the OL is in good shape. The experience is huge, but these guys haven't shown to be great. They gave up 30 sacks last year with an offense that got the ball out quickly most of the time. They need to protect better this year. A reason for optimism is having Petersen and Strausser instead of Sark and Cozz.
Keith Price also held onto the ball way too long when he didn't get rid of it quickly ... he may have had the worst pocket awareness for a QB that I've ever seen.

The article points out that our OL is very experienced (lots of starts). We should have 4 5th-year seniors starting along with a 4th-year Junior, plus another 5th year senior as the first guy off the bench. Talent-wise, it's not the greatest (shitty coaches are shitty coaches even if you don't want to see them mad).
Next year Peterman will really get to see the shit that Sark left behind once those 5 guys leave and he's left with Dexter Charles and the stable of lightly-recruited guards that Sark left

Peterman is going to earn his money turning that dreck into something serviceable.

How does having everyone back from a below average line constitute "great shape" again? God I hope those guys can get coached up in a year...after all Atoe has to reach his Sark draft rating.
