Has Uncle Phil given up on trying to buy Oregon Championships?

He hasn't been keeping up the donations the last 5 years after a decade of being the biggest college donor alive. He has only officialy donated around 2 billion to Nike U. Bloomberg has given John Hopkins 3.5 billion.
